My research began with a curiosity about interactive experiences, leading me to experiment across software, hardware, games, and AI. This curiosity gradually pulled me from engineering into HCI, shifting my focus from building interactive systems to understanding how they could meaningfully support people. Two ideas slowly came into focus along the way: Immersion and Adaptivity—how an experience draws people in, and how a system responds to their needs, which led me toward XR, multimodal interaction, and AI-powered systems. Across these explorations, one thread kept recurring: helping someone understand something new. Learning and Tutoring gradually emerged as a central context for my work.

These seven themes summarize the main threads across my research, projects, and coursework, reflecting how my interests have evolved across different contexts, methods, and technologies.
